We are moving.

We’re really excited that we’ve agreed terms with Liverpool Library Services to permanently move into the empty space at the back of Norris Green Library.

This is a great partnership for us, right in the centre of the local community, with good transport links and on street parking nearby.

We’ve been running some holiday activity and Saturday clubs out of Norris Green Library since February and they’ve been really popular. We fell in love with the space because it is large enough to split it into specialist areas, it’s all on ground level and has it’s own entrance from the street.

Library Manager, Pat said “Little Sandbox has made the library cool for kids, it’s more relevant to them. I just think it’s great, I can’t wait for them to move in.”

We haven’t set a date for moving as yet, but we intend to be in and settled in time for a new term in September, with perhaps a whole new set of clubs to choose from too.

You can catch a glimpse of the new space in this video that our Explore member, Patrick, made about the Library’s Maker Difference Project.
